  • Vehicle Crossed the Center Line -

    58-year-old husband and 54-year-old wife stopped their vehicle to obtain an item from the trunk when a vehicle crossed the center line and collided with their vehicle.  The husband was wrongfully killed and the wife suffered personal injuries.  Case settled for the policy limits of $700,000.00.

  • Negligence of School District -

    Negligence of School District regarding placement of a school bus stop.  Personal injuries to a minor who was struck by a motor vehicle.  After trial jury verdict awarded $600,000 to minor and $300,000 to parents for the loss of consortium.
