Since 2003 the Cunningham Law Firm has obtained compensation on behalf of our clients either through settlement or jury verdicts totaling $140,000,000. 22-year-old woman purchased auto insurance and was involved in an auto accident the next day. Defendant insurance company was guilty of bad faith when it changed the effective date on the application. Verdict – $187,000.00

Insurance agent made false representations to elderly couple regarding a home care policy. Case settled for $206,668.00
