Since 2003 the Cunningham Law Firm has obtained compensation on behalf of our clients either through settlement or jury verdicts totaling $140,000,000. The majority of these cases were settled after formal mediations with the terms of the settlements to remain confidential. Thus we are prohibited from disclosing the amounts of some of these cases. Wrongful Death of Child
Electrocution after sailboat mast struck low hanging utility lines. Jury trial to evaluate damages only. Verdict sealed by the Court.
Wrongful Death of 8-year-old Boy
Electrocution caused by exposed cable within a buried electrical box at City baseball park. Case settled after formal mediation. Terms of the settlement confidential with defendant contractor. Settled with City of Tucson for $1,750,000.00
