Case Summaries
Since 2003 the Cunningham Law Firm has obtained compensation on behalf of our clients either through settlement or jury verdicts totaling $140,000,000. The majority of these cases were settled after formal mediations with the terms of the settlements to remain confidential. Thus we are prohibited from disclosing the amounts of some of these cases. The settlements and verdicts below represent just a sampling of some of the cases we have successfully settled or brought to trial for our clients.

Stove Tip Over at Apartment Complex
15-month-old boy was burned after hot liquid spilled onto him when a stove within his apartment tipped over. Case settled with the terms of the settlement confidential.
Chemical Burn at Hair Salon
15-year-old girl suffered a severe chemical burn injury while getting her hair highlighted at a hair salon. Case settled after formal mediation. Terms of settlement confidential.
